The opportunity

A named portfolio. Active pipeline. Real support.

We're hiring a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across a portfolio of named, large and enterprise-sized accounts — each with existing pipeline ready to develop. This is not a cold-start patch.

You'll own commercial strategy and execution within your territory, working alongside our SDR function, Pre-Sales, SOC, Consulting Practice, and Vendor and Distribution Partners.

What you'll do

Own the territory. Grow the accounts.

Own quota and revenueAcross a defined portfolio of enterprise named accounts.
Develop and execute account plansGrow wallet share within existing customers and convert active pipeline.
Build trusted relationshipsWith CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and Heads of Security.
Run joint go-to-market motionsWith our vendor partners — and leverage MDF effectively.
Forecast accuratelyAnd contribute to senior commercial planning.
Represent BarrierAt industry events and key customer engagements.
